Hoo boy… too many words. You guys are giving me a headache Please forgive me because I can barely keep up with so much at once, I didn’t expect this much of a response to my thread… And that’s a good idea @Ghost I might try that.
You completly ignore the guardsman that was speaking to you and begin heading towards the blacksmith- or was it the bank? Yes, the bank you’re planning to rob. Or, were you going to deliver a letter? Read a letter? Rob a letter? Your steps are heavy as if they were tied to heavy iron weights, you barely feel in control of your thoughts, let alone your body. You feel a ice cold feeling wash over yourself, as a thin, dark fog swirls around your body. The last thing you see is a hooded figure with piercing red eyes riding atop a dark horse. What feels like days later, you awaken in the middle of a field at dusk, on top of a bedroll near a campfire. “It’s about time you woke up.” Comes a voice from very nearby, a figure soon emerges into your vision… It was the mage from Riverton! Near the campfire sat his other two companions, the burly knight and the very silent huntress. The mage strokes his graying beard as he looks you over. “Are you actually with us? Do you remember anything?” How do you reply?
(Author Note) Sorry if you all feel this might be a cheap way out but it was so many different conflicting opinions and actions that I felt as heavy headed as our poor hero does right now.

And that’s a good idea @Ghost I might try that.
[/quote]i would love to see that done
You sit up and try to assess the situation, but still feel very light headed. You see three tents set up nearby, the two adventurer’s setting near the campfire, and you discover your knapsack and all your belongings lying in a tidy pile just a few feet away from you, they seem completely untouched, which reliefs you somewhat. You turn to the wizard and finally gather enough thought to ask him how you got out here in the middle of a field. “Well,” the robed man begins to explain “we came across your body outside the town of Black Valley, you were being controlled by some form of dark magic, which thankfully I captured in this jar.” The old man holds out what appears to you as just a plain jar, but inside contained a small swirling black vortex that seemed rather malicious. “As for getting out here, well, sir knight Ronald over there had to carry you.” The old man gestured at the knight, who briefly waved his hand towards you before resuming cooking some food over the fire. “Now if you could answer a question of mine, do you remember anything that happened before you blacked out?”
And that the guards would of seen them “helping” him so they are with us till the end of this or else they will be hunted and killed. Our only redemption is destroying the tower… or taking it for our own use.
You were about to spin the tale of how you’re an assassin of kings but then you remember that was just a story you read, and there hasn’t been a king since before you were born. First things first, you tell Ronald how it must’ve taken years to get his armor to reflect the campfire the way it does, which draws a snort out of him as he continues cooking some food. You then explain to them about the letter the blacksmith gave you and how you were supposed to deliver it to his daughter, which made them all look at each other with confused looks. They ask you what the blacksmith looked like and you describe him to them. “That’s troubling, we don’t remember the blacksmith looking like that.” The robed man said. “There is certainly something dark going on in these parts, that much is certain. I guess we owe you an Introduction. I am Nielas, former instructor at a school of magic, behind me is the knight, Ronald, and next to him by the campfire is the very quiet Lana.” Nielas straightens up. “Well, you’d better get some rest, we have much work to do in the coming days.” Before you can ask anymore details a sever feeling of tiredness takes hold and you fall asleep. The next morning you awake to find the campfire completely out, and the others packing up the camp, getting ready to move on. It seems you now have an obligation to travel with these three, or do you? What’s your next action?
This is such a bad idea, look at our stats… and then think what theirs will be!
Ask where they are heading for, maybe try to find out more about this mysterious blacksmith and his “daughter”. The adventurers surely are intrigued as well!
Just to remind you as well, as we were beeing held by some dark magic, the mage of this band of adventurers saved of from it and managed to capture it in a little jar…
And you think you can easily snatch their purses?
Maybe their broke, you don’t know! They are in fact sleeping in a camp, not in a tavern.
Also @Sanyo201 I would like to know why they’ve taken us to an unknown location, I’m curious why they deem us worthy now?
Yes, but they might simply be traveling. Taverns are certain to be few and far between. Not likely to be broke, and if they are then we won’t rob them.
Yes, but would he notice a few coins gone missing?
Think of the possibilities if we could get to know them and befriend them! They’d be much more loyal, and also we wouldn’t need to pay them. We’ll go with them.
