[Solved]Cannot build from any workshop

Cannot enter workshops
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Produce an engineer wrench
  2. Build Blacksmith shop
  3. Build Inn

Expected Results:
Able to build as normal
Actual Results:
Cannot build at all
Notes:

Alpha 20, no mods

Also, cannot save or use menu. Alt+F4 to leave game

This was solved by using the F5 to refresh UI
