While the Shepherd was doing their job, the time to eat has arrived. But suddenly the shepherd is going slow as heck! Is it because he’s still herding? Cause that’s probably the problem.
I also encountered this bug. A quick fix is to make him a worker and set him to become a shepherd again. Might be my imagination but I noticed my shepherd started moving really fast after she changed jobs.
with the Shepherd job, when the shepherd find a sheep, he sings or something like that to make the sheep follow him to the farm but during the trip with the sheep following him, if the shepherd has to do something else (sleeping, eating…) he will automaticly change dirrection and the sheep will follow him everywhere. the problem is that with the sheep, the shepherd walk verry slow. so it takes a lot of time only to bring one sheep… (ps: there is a weird flashing white line on the sheeps belly, it’s anoying) Thank You.

Make sure you build pens around your pastures, otherwise your shepherd will constantly be having to herd sheep everywhere
