Title: When in full screen mode with a system that has a wider screen than 16:9 UI Doesn’t Scale properly.
Summary: This bug was introduced with the changes to the UI that allowed lower resolution to work properly. I have an ultra-wide screen monitor 21:9. When in full screen mode the user interface only fits in the left part of the screen (basically what would be 16:9). This is then compounded by the fact that the display and mouse over zones do not match up. The mouse over zones for the UI are full width but the graphics are over to the left. So to click on any of the UI buttons you have to click way to the right of them. Selecting objects in the game screen is not affected. When in window mode the game will not let me make the window wider than 16:9.
Steps to reproduce:
- Have a desktop resolution with wider aspect ratio than 16:9 (mine is 2560X1080).
- Set game to fullscreen.
Expected Results: UI should be scaled across the entire screen, and mouse over zones for the UI should match the UI graphics on screen.
Actual Results: UI is only in left portion of screen and mouse over zones for the UI are scaled to the whole screen causing a misalignment between the display of buttons and where you click them. The offset increases from left to right.
