Tried to mine in the bottom of a lake, and part of the square was trying to make them mine water. Errors ensued.

Just out of curiosity, did the water level drop as you mined downwards? i.e. did the existing water drop to fill in the new space?
I couldn’t answer that, as that second drop was naturally there. I was just digging into the side of an already dropped terrain.
