It would be a nice thing during raid mode. Everybody goes grabs a weapon and defends the town

In Stonehearth, there’s the concept of militia. These are non-military hearthlings that will defend your town to the best of their ability when you’ve activated Town Alert Mode. They won’t go grab spare weapons, but will still join the fray should an enemy get too close to them. This feature was introduced in Alpha 14.
