I think the spear… should be longer that it comes out both sides.
looking good but with the spear make sure you have some of the spears handle sticking out the other side of the hand as most “warriors” hold their spears about 1/3 or so of the way up the pole. I dunno about the head of the spear but i can’t make a good looking spear in qubicle either so eh looks like a good human poker to me XD
Okay, so I’ve still yet to see their armour so hopefully this can stir up an idea.
I present to you… The Shark-Fin Helmet!
More fins means more badass… Obviously…

@DJ_Astro Wow, that is a great idea! Maybe I could give ranked armour: 1=Mino 2=Trout 3=Pike 4=Shark 5=Whale! Love the model!

Well heres an other idea, If your doing the armour in rank of real fish, why not try to make them look like the fish as well?

Ok, I made my first attempt on the ‘whale armour’.
The armour is a full body set: Helmet, Fin-gloves/shoes, breastplate. The coloured gear is textured like a blue whale.

Not bad, but I say, stick to fish! I really wanna see what you come up with for the shark.
that is an impressive design… what does it evoke… viking perhaps?
i like this! a definite improvement over the initial fishman… 
In a way, if I were to take the middle fin off and make the side ones white then it would kinda look like this…

[/quote]This armor looks really good. In my opinion just a bit better than the normal fishman. “Fishman” could be a pretty general term for aquatic hominids if you so desire

Ok, I’m back! Sorry 'bout the delay, put doing all those double posts left me with no new models. But now I [started] working on fishmen-like weapons for our finned friends.
Here is an aquatic version of our spear. (Trident) Here is a (sadly) cut off picture of the whale armour fish holding the trident! Alot more fish-like, eh? For those who were at the 2nd part of the food stream (chat), you will understand that these were the fishmen taking over the world!

i liking the trident (although i think it could use some color variation?), and im liking the fishman… but i am hung-up on the feet… something just doenst make sense to me there… 
It looks to light blue compared to his head…
Story time! Once there was a knight, who was told by his king to go slay the approaching fish! He said: “I have to kill FISH!? What’s next, slaying people having a tea party? Piece of cake!” He marched on over there, but to his dismay, these fish were armed…
He realized he was fighting 10 armoured, armed fishmen sent by Lord ProfessorCrafter! Prof_Crafter was in his Man cave, and he shouted: “LET THERE BE FISH TO RULE THIS WORLD! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!” The knight died, and I… erm… ProfessorCrafter took over the world.
This was a little story I put together with all my previous work! Like if you enjoyed storytime with Prof_Crafter!
