Hellou, I’m trying to create a Decorative Scout Gong, but my smiths are unnable to create it even though there are a lot of scout hats in my map. What can i do?

I had this problem too, just try to get your people to pick it up and bring it to a stockpile.
they would put it in the stockpile if this item belong to some group, but this item dont belong to any group then they just ignore it. And, besides there are a bunch of this item, the smith cant construct it yet

You may have auto-loot turned off. Try to use the loot command and see if they collect it.
It won’t count as belonging to you if you dont loot it.
