I’ve added all those suggestions, except for the Classes / Jobs / crafts one as i think thats covered by Professions and the AI pathing i’m pretty sure is hard coded so i don’t think that can be modded

happy to be proven wrong though :sunny:

I think i will make an installer for v2 to go a little way to addressing the concerns of it just being a random .exe.

Had some issues uploading the new version of EndPieces that allowed easy translations. It would just not let me do it saying is not filled in the forms.

Will try tomorrow.

Wiese has pointed out a major bug in the app which i need to work out however i’ll be rolling out the new version instead but it needs a little longer time unfortunately,

Due to the nature of the bug in the current app i should probably remove the app from download, its not harmful in anyway, the bug just doesn’t list all the mods even though its collecting the list of mods from the site correctly thus making the app somewhat useless right now :frowning:

I imagine the new version will be released sometime between now and next week but i’ll announce when the new version is live

Fixed a few more bugs with teh website, noticeably one that wouldn’t let you amend the version that your stonehearth mod is compatible with, i’d advise everyone to edit your mod and upload again so that it will be extra compatible with the release of the new app

Just a little note, you don’t need to remove your mod, just add/edit a version and that will be enough. :slightly_smiling:

Time for an update, the new app is coming along nicely, its in testing at the moment while i work on prettying it up.

I have noticed a problem with the website, the webhost i’m using is a little stubborn and doesn’t want to change one of their config files for uploading files…this means that there is a file size limit of 2mb for any uploaded file :frowning:

this means that i will probably need to look for paid hosting, because of the the nature of website names, i was thinking of www.praisedb.net, any thoughts?

What is the average mod size? There is mods above 2mb? (I know the default stonehearth.smod is above 200mb but rayya mod although very complete and big is only 1mb)

Keep in mind that getting a new name/url is different than a new hosting. Just buying the new name will not grant you any change in your host space or ability to upload bigger files (unless there is some kind of special promotion where you buy one and get the other, but in general they are two distinct things)

For Example lomc is now 1,8mb and we want to add lots of more stuff after the update with the heads… Perhaps i could also be smaller… We must look xD

Well, after the devs implement those changes that enable pallete swaps, wouldn’t it get a lot smaller? I hope so. :slightly_smiling:

yea, thanks, good advice, i’ll be moving host and domain  i just figured most wouldn’t be interested in how i host it.

avg files size is probably 3-4mb there are some that at 10mb+ which don’t work at the moment and others that are a few hundred kb, i’m probably wrong but the endpieces one from github was 51mb :S
