Hey guys… I have some really bad news.as alot of you know ive been complaining about pc problems for a long time. Well i regret to inform you guys that at the age of 5 my laptop is offically dead. CPU is busted and i cant replace it. Mods will be delayed until i can finance a new pc…

if you give us an idea of your budget, perhaps someone can make some component recommendations, etc.
we’ll get you back on your feet in no time…

@Pandemic Arghhhh…now that sucks hard times! Makes me sad to see that a talented chap like you will have “creative-downtime” due not having the tools available you need to create awesome new stuff! Hopefully you’ll get back on track with a new computer soon.

UPDATE:
Got myself a new laptop :D, currently renting a laptop from a local service but it’s enough to get what I need done along with fix issues I had with my last one. As some of you may have seen I’m having issues getting my Qubicle Home Edition onto this new machine and I’m bored out of my mind.
I’m looking into OBS so I can start streaming my model making as well as game. Also to allow recording timelapse/speedart vidoes for youtube and other things. Though I can’t model I’m going to try to stream more, whether it be building in Minecraft, Stonehearth or other games. Currently I’m dying 1 step at a time in Fez and SteamWorld Dig, if you guys want to see some HORRIBLE gameplay with some moderately decent commentary feel free to like this post here (being Post 205) and I’ll get on it.

Doing some Qubicle Streaming Today! In About 15 minutes I’ll be doing some testing for it, I think I have it set up to allow a good time with minimal issues. Going to be working on some new models for the FEP, feel free to drop by and hangout, drop suggestions, comments and concerns! I will have a mic… a crappy cell phone on but hey it works.

Thanks to everyone who came to the stream :D, Next time I wont be on Twitch but I will be on another site specifically tailored to livestreaming artists. I’ll be recording the next one and making some videos out of the ones I feel would be nice content, the drawback from switching from Twitch to the new site is the lack of replay archive but if the demand is high enough I’ll just upload the livestream in segments to Youtube :).
From now on I’ll be having livestreams every Friday. this way I’ll be able to maximize the amount of people who can stop in and watch as well as let people not need to worry about the time since you know Friday. Unless you work on Saturdays… if so condolence high-five…

A nice door and fountain. Tune in next week when we pretty up and finish the fountain as well as work on some other thing for Furniture Expansion Plus along with a possible surprise project

@Pandemic Have you had any issues with the latest DEV build not starting up if you install Furniture Expansion Plus? I tried uninstall and re-installing; however whenever I click play on steam Stonehearth doesn’t load. When I remove Furniture Expansion Plus it loads. I updated to the latest drop box version that was posted 7 days ago; however it presents the same issue. I also tried going back to the Alpha 5 build and while Stonehearth loads I am unable to get the actual modded items to show up.
Try turning the smod into a zip and then extracting it. It should work then. I"ll have to do some more research tonight into the zipping issue that I and @Programmierer were having.
I don’t believe FEP is compatible with the stable Alpha 5. Keeping a stable version is what I intend to do going forward.

Missed your stream unfortunately! Will your newest update be for the unstable branch or the stable one? 
We aren’t sure yet, we’re discussing the issues on the current version and possible ideas for the next one. Once we have a more solid base we’ll update the people

- ok first to quickly introduce myself,got stoneharth since kickstarter and have just decided now that stonehearth is stable and has enough features to be fun. Also befor alpha had even been reales i posted on the forums a fair bit on a different account but lost interest due to bugs and such.
- Now for my question:what exactly is going on? I have never installed a stonehearth mod and I cant tell is your mod released as I see a download or is that an old version. Also is this a compilation of other mods or an entirely new mod? Sorry for being a noob
This is a new fanmade mod. It’s 1 mod made from 2 planned older mods Myself and @Avairian were planning. It’s currently not working due to unknown reasons. It’s currently for a older version, but we are progressing on the update.
You add mods to the game by putting the .smod into the mod folder.
ah okay thank you for responding, I will be keeping an eye on this thread then I hope you can get it working. Having fun with the Halloween mod right now

STREAM UPDATE:
Tomorrow I’ll be livestreaming again! I know you wouldn’t believe it but I’m actually doing it again? Who would’ve thought?
I’ll be focusing on a new mod, as well as some FEP work and possibly some community suggestions IF there are any. If I run out of ideas I’ll be switching over to some Harvest Moon (SNES) or another old awesome game. Stream will be at 3pm Eastern Standard time (EST).
