On scaffolding...and such

So I noticed that Hearthlings will continue to build scaffolding for features of the building that are already complete. In my case, a wall built with slabs on top of a cliff face. The wall was complete long before the scaffolding was taller than the Hearthlings.

It would be nice if they checked that the target of the scaffolding still needed work before continuing to raise the scaffolding.

Here is another “wall”, nearly complete but the scaffolding is yet to be built, and does not need to be.

Here the scaffolding is still small - the wall is almost complete but three workers have trapped themselves.
