i need help understanding whats up my value is over 4k now and the goblin cheftian still has not spawned i havent seen a single goblin camp for that matter either
If you are not in peaceful mode, then I guess the game is just having trouble finding a place to spawn their camp. Add ladders to the other heights so the game can use those as well to spawn them.

he basically walled himself in by building on the edge of the map surrounded by cliffs if you look at the SS closely.
would recommend adding ladders going up to the next three cliff heights.
Pretty much what Iskoaya said, it’s a good way to stay peaceful for a long time in Rayya Children Desert Biome, just build on a mesa.
