All items in templates are Basic items to be Built by crafters. The exception is the actual crafting stations which will be placed once the crafters get to appropriate level

Issue is the site doesnt work, If we had an actual site I would
Have 2 Fixes incoming. The Cook House/Carpenter House spacing for the hearthling tends to get cramped. So i did a redesign on Both.
This has been Redesigned, as a 15x15 House, where he/she loves the space and can still add more items
