The if it works it doesn’t matter how mentality has begun driving Thorbjorn Insane so he decides it should change. Starting with farming he begins a research into why the crops do like they do and how it could happen faster so the production could raise and the people could get more food and a more stable life. The religion for Banjo is slowly spreading over the borders to the other regions of england

Administration
The knowledge about farming and production is tho low in my country begins to focus on research into Farming and Production (begins search for Leader of Research. but until he/she is found i will do it myself. When the researcher is found i will help him with the research).

In my country a mill (for making flour) shall be constructed in every cluster, which the farmers are allowed to use for free. The administrator in every cluster shall with the money he gets from taxes keep the mill in good conditions.

Also every cluster must have one brewer who pays his tax in beer to the capital. All brewers answers to the master brewer who will be a part of my court (begins search for Master Brewer)

Roads between the clusters and the capital gets rebuild

Search for new administrative adviser Valentine Trask will from now on be my: Grand Administrator of Farming (He will be the one who decides who the best farmers, ranchers and brewers are and promote them to Administrators or Master Brewer for the brewers.

One of the farmers discovers a strange metal in the ground (Called Gypsum (normally used as fertilizer)) that i will set the leader of research to study together with his team.

(I will focus on Research)

Diplomacy
Begins training of Banjo priests and diplomats. (Search for new diplomatic adviser Forest Banister will be promoted to Head Diplomat)

When my first diplomats and Banjo priests are trained i will send one of each to replace Landen Eccleston and one of each to replace Forest Banister.

When Forest Banister comes home he will travel to Yorkshire and Midlands and ask the people there to join my rule bringing gifts in the form of food lots of food. (i will try a diplomatic takeover)

I accept @Newf’s alliance proposal and asks if he wants to trade (0,5 Metals <-> 0,5 Luxury)(this is the trade from last turn so @Newf should be able to accept in this turn)

Also i sends one diplomat to Rejiv after i heard about from people at @Newf’s court.

Military
My militia (500 men) will be sent to the border of my realm.

Where they shall construct 10 forts (50 men on each) they will take workers with them.

When the forts are done the workers will be sent home.

The militia will be called Border Guards they will stay at their fort and form a team with the border patrols, who will live 50 men at each fort.

Their task is to patrol between the forts and warn the border guards and the rest of the country when attackers invade.

The last 1000 men militia just stays home

The people of Dwarfdom were intent on repelling the Chemistaries but now , however they are begining to see the point in accepting my rule as they will benifit from the technological advantages from me being there

Military : Continue construction of “Large Wall of Dwarfdom” (again!)

Administration : Send scientists to come up with theories about nature , engineers to make sure the mines are well constructed and make them better, and Mathematicians to go with them to make the Dimensions correct and tell all un graduated people to work in the mines farms or man the walls of “The Large Wall of Dwarfdom”

Vailen Turn

Lore:
The Northern peoples’ refusal of his offer slightly upsetting him, the glorious Vaur decides to grant them another chance to accept, giving orders to invite them to join in our Rangers War-games, and sending some of his personal stock of Vailen Wine to the north. (as stated later, personal stock means 1-2 barrels/kegs, not a large quantity in other words, small enough that i would figure that it exists, but it’s not a major thing. If you don’t like the idea, then i send a few more of our Vailen Bows.)

Admin:
Continues the rebuilding/renovation of Vaile and the outlying villages/hamlets. The production of supplies (food, water, tools and such. Atleast i would imagine.) Continues as-well, to keep stocks higher than needed currently.

Diplomatic:
Send a diplomat (same one as before, Hiral Tyalo, or do i not get to specify?) To the northern Wood-Elves again, requesting that they reconsider their refusal, a gift of Vailen wine (i would figure a small amount wouldn’t be a special resource? If not, then another shipment of Vailen bows -not the Longbows/improved ones-)

@ManOfRet (Georgia/Grangidia) I accept the offer of schools being built for both of our peoples, and i shall send you some of our brightest minds to help with your research, once the development of our Vailen Longbow is completed.
Also I agree to start shipments of Vailen Longbows, and other war materials once we are able.

Military:
The development of the Vailen Longbow continues, small improvements being made to the current line of bows as they are thought up. The Rangers begin to play/host their War-games -invites being sent the Wood-elves to the North- , using blunt training blades, and training arrows with blunted tips.

Kingdom of Morea, 1308

Lore
Ever since the diplomats from Almafi left Arla, Heil Ari has wondered what had become of the rest of the world. They couldn’t of been the only ones to survive “The Catastrophe”. Heil makes plans for a large scouting expedition to explore the old world of the Greeks.

Administration
Morea is running low on metal, so Heil Ari decides to make use of the old Greek’s iron mines, located to the East of Arla. He starts renovations on the mines with a focus on the miner’s safety, and a small village is built for the miners to live in. A large quarry is found near the mines, and renovations are made for that as well. The people are starting to complain about having no roads between towns, so roads are built between Arla and the surrounding villages and towns for better, faster access.
More trade ships are built for trade between Morea and Almafi. Heil Ari also continues his search for bright, smart and exceptional people for his Court.

Diplomatic
Sends a large expedition to the North, looking for signs of civilization. They first go to the village that gave them some men, and asks if they would join Morea, and in turn join the U.P.P.M. After that, they would go looking for more villages and towns.
The expedition is led by me, because I have the highest diplomacy skill. An escort of 100 militia are also sent along, as well as a dozen military scouts. Supplies and luxury goods are also brought, for trading with the locals.
(((In other words, I am trying to take over Epirus with Diplomacy, no warfare involved)))


I also accept @Elderon’s offer of trade and Alliance between our peoples.
Our alliance has these benefits:

  • Trade between our peoples, so we basically share resources.
  • Tech sharing. Ex: If I get 0,30 in Military, he will get half of that, which is this case is 0,15 (EDIT: Because I got it wrong, it is now correct)
  • Military alliance between us, so if someone attack one of us, the other will come to the defense of the other.

Military
With our new fleet up and running, Megálo Náv̱archos Xanthopoulos begins to train them in the open Mediterreanan Sea. These ships are an improved and upgraded version of the Old Greek’s Trireme.
Construction on additional military ships is started.

Amalfi Turn

Lore Whit a trade agreement and future relations whit Arla securedd, Amalfi looks to itself and to its neighboring regions wondering if there are anyone ells out there willing to join in on the wealth.

Administrative: Duilio Bove is put in charge of administrative maters and have Elderon’s full trust. He setts to building mines as the need for metal is great, the wineyards are expanded and roads are built.
Marco Faraldo is put in charge of developing better ways of doing thing(resertch).

Diplomatic: Adamo Aiello is sent to the province south of Amalfi to convince the locals of the benefits of joining my nation, he brings supply and citizens that can testify to what extent i am willing to go to to ensure the well being of my people, 700 men from the militia is sent whit them to ensure the safety of my people under the command of Luciano Nami (My new guy whit 2/2/6). I inform them that they will have a representative from there region that will speak for them and if they accept they will decide who it is, i will not interfere.

The remaining 300 is sent to the other regions to scout out if there are anyone there to join us or if it is open to colonice. These 300 are led by Amadeo Bertolini (Who saw this one coming!?)(my other guy whit 2/4/2) He is to use his diplomasy to see if they could be convinsed to join by a more skillful diplomat.

Lino Bicchieri is told to research stuff in diplomacy.

Confirms the allians and research agreement whit @Heilari to hone our two nations ability’s.

Unfortunately Amalfi is in no need of more supply and instead propose a research agreement between @phoriist and the U.P.P.M (meaning that we all get bonuses together. I Elderon Masdur personally go to Gdansk to met with King Phoriist Cillic of the north and inform him that once the domestic needs are met I would be happy to trade with his nation to further strengthen our bonds. I tale whit me his representative as a guide and ask if @phoriist Cillic would like to have a permanent ambassador in Amalfi in witch case i would take him or any other sent back whit me.

Military: I also set up a new militia that will be named The Purple Guard.
The old militia will be named The Red Jackets.
The first and armed fleet will be called The Purple Sails and the second one will be named The Fat Birds.

I also spoted and error in the stats, i have two fleets meansing they consume 0.6 per turn, however in the navy usage it sais that they consume 0.5 in total. not that im complaining or anything :smile:

The next order of business is major improvements to all production. Using the science we’ve gained, we work irrigation systems, massively improving our agriculture. Also start making mines, using our new construction techniques to dig deep for precious minerals and metals. Start developing processing and growth of the various spices found on the island, cultivating the trees and bushes that grow it. On one of the nearby small islands that’s completely barren some of my scouts find these strange worms that hate water and seem to excrete this strange blue spice. Start looking into it’s properties

Continue to send calls out for Advisers and Courtiers to join me at the capitol

Diplomacy
Spread out the ships and scouts to the various nearby islands and the territory adjacent on my island. Any empty territories we send settlers/colonists to.
Any friendly ones we send some spices and take up trade, sending missionaries to convert them to The Truth and offer to have them join the Nation (Send Xullean along as a boost to this)
Any weak/scattered ones, send in the navy and military to bring into the fold if they don’t want to come peacefully
And generally get any and all information possible.

Military
If no military action needed as defined above, then continue Island warfare training.

LORE:

The Grangidian people, with their newly established trade with the Vailen people, begin to feel more confident in their own personal abilities, and start to look outwards.

ADMINISTRATION:

More people are recruited to the court, and a form of currency is established to facilitate internal trade. The old “Basko” (Commanded trade) system of economy and labor is replaced with the newer “Capitulos” (Capital) system. Under the Capitulos, the people are free to trade and buy as they please, and they use the new currency, called Capita, to trade for goods. Barter is also used. Also, food production is increased and more towns are set up across Georgia. Escarrix, the capital city, grows. One of the newly established towns, Oragos, is founded along the coast and grows rapidly as well, due to its new port. Cotton is one of the crops which has started to be grown.

DIPLOMACY:

@Vaurature It seems that we need to choose something to trade. I have cotton in exchange for something of yours. Perhaps some food, metal, or weapons? Also, if you could send your scientists over, you could help us to research faster. In return, we will supply you with new research and technology. Finally, how would you feel about some more schools being built, but for both of our people, instead of just mine?

Also, Grangidian scouts are sent across the land to scour for more materials and resources (investigate the resources of surrounding territories and Georgia).

MILITARY:

A larger force is armed to prepare for expansion into surrounding lands. Several academies are set up to begin training and armament. The Navy is also bolstered, somewhat.

Lore The King of Connaught feels threatened by the recent take over of Ulster and attacks Leinster with the full might of his army.

Administrative: Sulphur and Saltpeter (Explosive Saltpeter) are found in abundance in Northern Ireland due to its volcanic past. The Basalt and volcanic materials in this area intrigue my Scholars who were very sad at the result of their last experiment but now they rejoice at this new discovery and rush to Belfast to learn more, (I research Gunpowder…again and also volcanic activity and how it works/is formed etc.) I also sent my Purser to Belfast to make inventory of the lands, their resources, wealth of the area etc. and get him to set up a taxation system of 1 cow per county (That’s 5 cows in total), He also sets up mines in areas that have mineral deposits (Like iron, Copper, Gold, Sulphur and Saltpeter) and sets up Farms in suitable land. This increases population control. I also send my Admiral to build ports in Northern Ireland and set up a Garrison Navy.

Diplomacy: I accept all trade agreements not already accepted and start discussing the surrender of Munster with the King of Munster. Also trades maps with Iceland.

Military: My general, after making a Garrison in Ulster, gathers the lords of Ulster’s soldiers and sends the full army (Now with the remaining Ulster Soldiers) to counter-attack Galway City after the King of Connaught sent all his soldiers to attack Leinster. The Connaught troops have to march back to Galway City to defend their lands by which time my Forces are already at Galway City and had travelled there unchallenged due to the Lord’s having sent all their military with the King to invade Leinster and are unwilling to sacrifice their small garrison in a battle they are unlikely to win. I also keep building ships and recruiting and training soldiers. I also continue the raiding of nearby coasts which I have mentioned in previous turns, The crown collects a tenth of the loot collected.

I sent my diplomats to befriend the natives and ask if they want to join my lands (Diplomatic takeover) i bring promises of protection and the at point they accept i will invite some of them into my court

I will train the eye of the law to be the best soldiers
(and the eye of the law is that kind of people that help the little boy to find home and stuff) but they will still be traind in not to fall for traps

Lore: It was devastating to learn how bad the rest of Iceland had fared, but it makes things easier… doesn’t it?

Mlitary: Colonize East Iceland. Send scouts to learn of the rest of Scandinavia. Begin converting Militia to the Thanes Raiders. Begin building raiding ships for the Thanes armies. (All civilian pop. is now armed)

Admin: Begin scouting the land to find resources. Increase fishing waters. Begin “I.S.S Training Operation” to do this I will train 1000 kids ages 7-8 for sixteen years. I put Hákon Ingolfsson to lead this operation. Begin the “Icelandic Schools of Engineering and Physical Chemistry (this mixed with this = SCIENCE!)” or the I.S.E.P.C. I assign Friðrik Eysteinn to be my Bishop as I establish the first Catholic church of Iceland.

Diplomatic: Send more food to the Faroe Islands with a request that they join under the Icelandic Flag. do “a little espionage”. Send messengers to (@Newf)Leinster with request to share our maps also carrying word that I accept his alliance.

Admin

Do research of area. Research crops to grow and boats to build. Plant crops to test. Start mining in area in search of raw material.

Diplomatic

Train diplomats to be more convincing.

Military

Attempt take over of one rival nearby tribe that refused.

Has the trader in the caravan gotten back yet?

I see balance of my country and… I am frightened. If I don’t find any source of Metal of Luxury, my forces will turn against me.

A mysterious man has arrived my land. He told me about thing called ‘Banjoism’… Well, Maybe having a faith will help my people? I am willing to convert to Banjoism. Also, I appoint Ludomir Jordan to be my national Banjoism Patriarch.

My people are forming a new Army in Gdansk.
I lead my forces south, to the land called earlier “Greater Poland”. I am ready for the eventual battle.

Diplomacy: New religion created by lone survivor. ‘Jermanism’ Main reason to kill all unfaithful. Civil war breaks out between religion or no religion.
Military: Continue expanding army, create new barracks and create test sites. Enlarge to armada of ships.
