Hey so im not sure if this was just overloooked or a bug or meant to happen, but whenever I go into a building vision that allows me to see into my buildings at night, the light that lamps on walls make disappear making it harder to see.
I believe it is by chosen design that only visible lamps will cast light - this means, whenever you’re in a house with the walls down, you will not see the light from any lamp within that house.
I can see why this would be a thing from an optimization point of view; but, personally, I’d rather have any casted light remain no matter what “stance” the walls are in.
I know when @Allie was making some art to explore how the lighting should be redone, she was also considering interior views. Hopefully, when they actually redo lighting instead of just prototyping, they’ll also make some changes to this.
