So this is a question, i want to buy Stonehearth but is it slow on my laptop this is wat my laptop have:
Windows 10
64-bit
Intel Core i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz, 4,0GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics Family
So thats the question is it slow on my laptop so yes im not gonna buy the game so nu im gonna buy it! =)
Stonehearth defenitely needs optimization, however your laptop specs are typically for office work and not for gaming at all…

As I can recommend you the game itself (it’s quite bugged in the current state but highly addictive), I’d advise you to get some better PC first.
Stoneharth would probably run at your current laptop, but with the lowest settings, and after you develop your village for a while, it’ll probably start lagging.
But i have this laptop not for long now, so im not gonna buy a new one. I have Minecraft and Sims 4 and that games are running well, and I think Sims 4 a larger game. So why does StoneHearth not good for me laptop? thats weird.
Stonehearth is in alpha build mode. There are performance issues like memory leaks. This slows down the game to a point where the game no longer plays. This can be temp. fixed by allot of saving and reloading. But if you want to play like minecraft and sims4 for say a few hours then this is not the game for you for now.
You can play the game if you lower graphics, don’t have auto save on and no more then say 20 citizens. But that leaves allot of gameplay hours out, most likely you will not be able to do allot of the battle events because they take allot. This would lead too only being able to do peacefull mode and that is just playing half a game.
Last point is that some games that are made for personall computers take a little bit more from laptops. This game will play on your laptop, i’m pretty sure about that. But you will not have the same game experience that most of the stonehearth players currently have. Best idea is to wait a wile and follow the development of the game
Yeah ok. Thats not cool =(, But im from The Netherlands and im not very good in English or something so the only thing i want to hear is it worth or not is it fast on my pc or not?

I would like to add that you compare games with minimalistic AI with Stonehearth where i think the AI needs much of the power. And minecraft is minimalistic from the start, if you really want to compare it with Stonehearth you schould mod minecraft and add a shader , resource pack and some mods. Then you will see that it will be unplayable slow with your laptop.
ik zou niet weten of het snel is op je pc. Zoals al gezegt het is speelbaar. Maar net als met minecraft welke java gebaseerd is heb je momenten dat het spel heel traag reageert of je nou single of multi op een server speelt.
Je laptop is goed genoeg om te spelen. Persoonlijk heb ik 4 gig memory meer en zelfs dan heb je momenten dat die lagged. Het is puur wat je zelf verwacht van een alpha game
Het klinkt raar, maar ik snap dit gesprek niet meer, het gaat niet om Minecraft jullie hebben het over multiplayer ofzo en over Sims 4 dat was een voorbeeld die spellen heb ik en werken prima! En Minecraft en Sims 4 zijn grotere spellen. Het enige wat ik wil weten is of het spel het waard is om te kopen, en of het snel werkt, ik weet dat ik misschien niet ‘‘de beste laptop’’ heb en dat ik alle graphics niet aan moet doen want bij YTers bijvoorbeeld werkt het snel maar dat is het enige wat ik wil weten!

het spel loopt gewoon. Maar verwacht niet dat je 30 of 40 dorp bewoners kunt hebben. 10 of 12 spelers geen probleem
p.s. google vertaler werkt niet altijd even goed
Dus op mijn laptop loopt het wel goed. Alleen niet te veel mensen. Dan betwijfel ik het of ik het wil kopen.

daarom zij ik, je kan beter even wachten tot dat prestatie problemen een beetje opgelost zijn. Echter geen idee wanneer ze daar aan toe komen
Oke even goed bedankt voor de tip. Dus eigenlijk gaat het hele verhaal erover dat ik even moet wachten tot alpha 20 ofzo. Want was voor de ‘‘graphic’’ update het spel wel sneller.
bij elke update is er een release note. Daar kan je in lezen of ze performance verbeteringen hebben toegevoegd. Je kan dan altijd opnieuw naar onze mening vragen

Just so you know, The minimum speed that they list on their website is 2.0GHz.
