Is moding a mod easy? or even posible?

to make my mod Steam Workshop :: Super Mod 6 work with Steam Workshop :: Norsehearth would I just need to make a modified norseling_population.json then add it to the mixinto list with the address pointing to

if this is not how it would work?

I’d suggest finding what alias is in Norsehearth’s manifest for that path. Then you can just mixinto that, ensuring that even if the Steam Workshop ID changes, the mixinto will still work.
