My workers are on idle, i tryed the alarm thing it did not work. they only do something when i built a little house they carve out the ground. and then go back to idle. is there something i can do?
Do you have the materials to build? If you are trying a clay house, you need to first process the clay into clay bricks.
They may also be locked in trying another activity that they can’t do, so check if there is other incomplete tasks and fix them. If a building is not building, try adding ladders to all its corners and to all areas where there is scaffolding in other elevations different from the house elevation (like a mountain or hole right next to the house)
If all else fails, I found that saving the game and then reloading it works well, too.
