good news i actually managed to make a stormtrooper helmet but this happened
the template used to make this helmet was the steel helmet.so do i need to remodel the whole thing or i can modify it somehow?
if you just position the helmet lower within the voxel editor it should work properly, from what i can see in the screenshot the helmet needs to be moved down at least 4 voxels.
by the way, what voxel editor are you using?
you need 2 models 
1 for male and 1 for female because the female is 2 voxel smaller ^^
im using stonevox 3D . the only one i got access to.
use voxelshop its also free and you have no probs with positing - VoxelShop | blackflux.com
if you have used voxelshop … you have add for example the male haed and repositing it?
