I backed the Stonehearth kickstarter, and I’ve got the game claimed in Humble Bundle, but I’d been waiting until the game got further along in development to use my Steam key. However, when I tried to do that now, Steam tells me my key has already been used. I see from a search of the support forums that this has happened before, so I emailed support@radiant-entertainment.com about a week ago, but I haven’t heard anything back yet. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Hey @inshaneee, sorry about that, sometimes the HB steam key distributor gets confused. I’ve reset your steam keys, try again now!

Glad it worked, thanks for letting us know via multiple means. There’s just eight of us, so mail sometimes falls through the cracks.
