I think it would be a nice idea if the GUI would include a graphical indicator that you have selected a particular thing, not just in the main bar (where it already exists), but in the submenu that pops up from it. Say, when you select “Designate Zones”, there’s a nice flashing yellow outline, but then you specify the stockpile zone and you can’t really tell if you’ve properly clicked it.
