Did this happen after you appeased the first camp and the goblins departed or did it just pop up while the other camp still had demands? And are there any other details you think may be relevant?

i hope it helps a bit, i didnāt time the saves precisely, so iām not sure about the events. But iāll inform you if ica reproduce the bug.
I think it happened after the first goblin camp and after i finished it, all events were doubled, the additional goblin camps, the wolve events and the mysterious spy dialog, everything was doubled. So after i messed up the orc dialog (refused the help) i could accept the help in the second dialog.
