Summary:
I have a VERY large building that will semi freeze my game if i attempt to build it.
I can finish building it in paused mode but will be unable to start time in the game again.
If i build it while time is running everything freezes up but i can still move camera around. and building does not read as complete, unlike if i do it in paused mode. (also have camera control in paused mode) So game never crashes just locks up. Memory load stays locked in exact same spot when i attempt it as well.
No crash reports since technical the game never crashes.
it also reports these errors on startup:

Steps to reproduce:
- load game select the building in question and open console and use ib

since i cant build and upload the building heres is the save game its the biggest building in the save you CANT miss it
