Game crashes since the start / Help, please

Hello everybody,

Anticipation, sorry for my Google English.

So did my game, bought a few days ago. Unfortunately I do not get it to start.
There is no error message, which is ended only

My computer data:

  • 8 Core Processor
  • 16 GB of RAM
  • 750 GTI Geforce graphics card

What I’m saying is, the power should be enough.

What we have already done:

  • We have followed these instructions:
    Some Technical Stuff – Stonehearth

  • Have my graphics card geupdate

  • The users have set file on Win 7 Komapatibilitätsmodus.

  • and much more. Only thing we have not done, I again Win 7 Install.

Maybe someone else has a piece of advice, what can I do?

Also habe mir das Spiel, vor ein paar Tagen gekauft. Leider bekomme ich es nicht zum Starten.
Es gibt keine Fehler Meldung, nur das Wird beendet

  • und vieles mehr. Einzige was wir noch nicht gemacht haben ist, das ich wieder Win 7 Installiere.

VIelleicht hat ja noch jemand einen Rat, was ich tun kann?

Could you upload your stonehearth.log file?

About advice, first, try the suggestions mentioned here:

If none of them work, try this: If you’re playing by Steam, right click Stonehearth on your Steam library, select “Properties”, select the “Local Files” tab and click on “Browse Local Files”. There you should see a file called “user_settings.json”.
Open it with the notepad, and if it only contains your user_id, replace the content of all the file with this (remember to replace the user_id value with the one you had):

Moin Moin Good that it works now :wink: and dont forget to add the german Patch [MOD-771] Deutsche Übersetzung Alpha 23 + sehr viele Modübersetzungen
