First of all I want to say sorry for my English (if something is wrong).
I have bought the game on Steam in 2015 06 22.
I haven’t played for some months.
A few days ago I thought maybe you should install it again
And since I have installed again it isn’t working anymore.
The problem is that a blackscreen comes and an error where it is saying:

  1. Searching for a solution for Stonehearth
    and then
    2.Stonehearth isn’t working anymore
    This Programm has stopped working
    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
    Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
    Please help me.
    I want to play this awesome game again

Did you redownload the game from Humble Bundle or from Steam?

I redownloaded it from Steam.

Could you look inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stonehearth ?
If you have a crash.dmp file in there, please upload it here.

And also, your stonehearth.log if you have one, it might say something about at which point did the crash happen.

If you don’t have a crash.dmp nor stonehearth.log file, there’s a chance that another program is interferring with the game.

Other options are bad reinstallation, or wrong settings. But let’s start by seeing if you have the files. :slight_smile:

Your graphic card is a bit old, maybe try to download latest drivers from here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

There are other workarounds in this page:

If you’ve tried reinstalling the game, make sure that you delete the game folder manually, since Steam sometimes leaves files behind.

If updating the drivers doesn’t work, make sure to try the workarounds in that post, as they have helped some users. I can suggest more things to try if none of them work for you.

I have tried to deinstall all files, but it even is not working. I hope that in a few days will be my new graphic card in my pc and even that all should work on my pc.(Graphic card,Stonehearth and all other programms, that are not working or lagging as …)
