Extra, bold lines appearing in grid view

Summary: I’m getting these really ugly lines appearing on the grid in the modes that use it. It’s happened to me as long as I have had Stonehearth, at least on my current computer.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a world.
  2. Open the zones menu, the build menu, or the mine tool.

Expected Results: Grid renders as a, well, grid.

Actual Results: Grid has extra bold lines in some directions. Seems to happen less the closer to the camera that grid square is.

Notes: None, really.

Version Number and Mods in use:
Version: release-843
Mods in use: Stonehearth, radiant, and rayyas_children. When taking this screenshot I also had my own (unreleased) mod installed, but this happens regardless of what mods I have enabled.

System Information:
64-bit OS, x64 processor
Processor: AMD A12-9800 RADEON R7, 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G 3.80GHz
Installed RAM: 16.0 GB
Graphics chip is the AMD Radeon graphics processor, with 10198 MB of RAM (2028 MB of VRAM).

I have the same proc+graphics but I’ve never experienced that even before I got a dedicated graphics card. I could try disabling my card and see if I can reproduce if the team wants me to.

Edit: I thought they were the same but my dxdiag reports

omg, that would drive me crazy! Any luck with updating the graphics card drivers?
