Since Stonehearth doesn’t have terrain textures, it can be excessively hard to tell whether I’m looking at a flat wall, or if there is a one-block step inside, or maybe even a mine entrance. The issue boils down to nothing giving feedback about the actual size of the uni-color area that I see.
On hhe other hand while in a mode that shows the grid, things become pretty clear. I would therefore prefer to have the option to toggle the grid on even outside building modes.
maybe you can toggle in between all three? that would be realy nice, except in 3d you only see a outline and can only see what your harthlings have toched on so dungeons wont show leaveing it a surprise if you come across one. if youwant to see all ore viens or see whare hiden dungons are you could try to talk about more mod options.
I think this is especially true for those of us who have to play on low graphics settings. Without the fancy shaders you really can’t tell what you’re looking at, especially at certain times of the day.
I was actually searching to find out if this was an option…right now, I am avoiding building with the bugs in that so seeing the gridlines in my mines make it much easier to navigate.
