Double goblin camp leads to no goblin camp?

so im not sure what i did, or how to repro. but when the goblin chief first came it said it twice, and then this is what the camp looked like,

and as far as i know, its only the two chiefs. also as a side note, i might be getting double notifications for caravans also.

this is in 256.

I posted another case of this here: Warrior and Goblin Camp bugs

But in my case, camps were separated and one of them was full, but cracked later.
