Playing on peaceful in r875 and following the rabbit questline. Noticed that some kobolds showed up, thankfully far away enough to not reach my settlement. Intended behaviour? We have no weapons.
You can always choose to treat the rabbit instead, rather than fight. Peaceful mode still allows you to opt into some combat, including the Titan encounter.
