Well, I not like what @bollinger41463 is doing there though it is kinda understandable as well, considering the state of the shop for Cube World.

Absolutely agree with Tobias. Whatever technical issues there might beā€¦ there is no reason to use and advertise such ā€œalternativeā€ ways. Especially not for this kind of gamesā€¦ strong dislike :thumbsdown:.

Inspires me though. Someone should put a stonehearth torrent up on piratebay like this month that just has like the desktop backgrounds or something. Convince everyone that the torrents for it donā€™t work long before the game ever comes out or just a way to chuckle that people believed it.

Interesting idea, but I think that would only encourage some to find or make a better, more complete link. Another thing is that someone looking for the game on torrent would have to know enough about it to know the state of the game at the moment.

I donā€™t know, thereā€™s a lot of idiots out there. Iā€™ve seen torrents of completely free open-source games before, canā€™t remember what it was I just remember the devā€™s blog post about why would anyone make it? But yeah it was just a random idea I had generally best to avoid those as they can get nasty awesome, for an on topic piece I reckon the desktop whateverday will mention not being desktop tuesday.

unfortunately, i think its actually the second link weā€™ve seen to a CW torrentā€¦ :cry:

i understand folks can be impatient, we all get thatā€¦ but this really does just hurt the genre in generalā€¦ oh well, perhaps we should put this thread to bed? and why am i now sounding like Dr. Seuss?
