Oh the possibilities! 
Have there been any mention of why they use a roof offset as a setting for the roof instead of a setting to change the height of the wall, so it can be used on all levels of a multi story building?

on the thought of having really low roofs, is there a way, or at least plans for a way, to have the “steps” of the roof be 2 “blocks” high rather then 1 block high?

I can’t say much, though, because I’m totally in favor of steeper roofs and a bit sick of trying to do them manually. However, we’ve waited for Rayya’s Children for flat roofs, so I’m fine with waiting for the Northmen for different sloped roofs.

Will it be possible to customize roofs ? Like putting the same level for two blocks then going up, etc.
