Howdy everyone! I started playing Stonehearth again a week ago and have really enjoyed this more stable experience compared to older alphas. Here is my town on the second day of Rainmun, the longest I’ve played on a single world:
But now that I’ve defeated the camp of the Kobold General Gong, I’m just wondering… What next? After bringing them down, is there any more missions after that? I do not know how many scenarios are in the game at this point.
I figure if there isn’t anything else notable I will end my playthrough of this town. And then do Raya’s Children once Alpha 21 is released.
Side note, is 20 Hearthlings a set maximum now? I’m content with 20, but I’m curious if its possible to have more.
After the general there should be one more fight and after that i believe the current campaign ends, there will be more in future development, but fir now, that’s it,
For more hearthlings, the game currently caps you at 20 as default because it assumes a mid-ranged PC i believe, you can increase it up to 50 in the gameplay settings

Alright, Cool. I’ll look into increasing my Hearthling limit a little and see what happens next. Thanks!
Gotta wrap that campaign up before Breath of the Wild is released. O_O
Hey guys! Just finished the Red Kiln/Orc campaign thing on stone hearth. At the end of the battle with the War Chief (which occurs after you have placed and defeated the other gongs), the war chief clearly says that if you wish to fight them again place any of the gongs, however when I tried this nothing happened. Questions;
Is re-summoning the attackers which respond to the gongs even implemented yet?
If so, how do you call the “attackers” (kobolds, scouts, orcs etc…) back using the gongs.
When you have gongs, it increases the chances of those random camp spawns. More gongs, more spawns. That is why sometimes, during the main campaign, you are attacked by two groups at the same time. One is from the main campaign, with their big camps, while the other is just a random spawn.
Defeated the Orc Chieftess. Unfortunately two Orc raiding armies attacked at the same time briefly afterwards and every attempt I made to stop them, they would slaughter my 800+ Military Value defense. So I reloaded to before I defeated the Chieftess, got another Cleric, Footman, and Archer for my force, and then defeated her. Its almost sad that those raiding parties didn’t show up, because they were the biggest challenge I’ve encountered so far.
