Carpenter and blacksmith not crafting

I am Having the exact problem carpenter and black smith. My game has ground to a halt i tried restarting, changing jobs to worker and back and useing different hearthling completely, with no succses. please help. This will ruin the game for me

A crafter not crafting can be due to many different causes. Could you please upload the savefile where they are not crafting? I’d like to take a look at it.

To upload a savefile:

  1. Find the save folder for the saves you wish to upload. By default, they are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stonehearth\saved_games (assuming a default Steam install).
  2. Zip the folder.
  3. Right click the folder (should be a long set of numbers).
  4. Left click on Send to in the menu that appears.
  5. Left click on `Compressed (Zipped) folder).
  6. (Optional) Rename the folder to something different than the default set of numbers.
  7. Upload the save.
  8. If the zip is less than 10 MB, you can upload it directly. Either use the upload button or drag and drop it into the compose window,
  9. If larger than 10 MB, upload it to a cloud storage site like Dropbox, Google Drive, File Dropper, etc. and post the sharing link here.

Took a quick look. It seems the carpenter isn’t crafting because there isn’t any reachable wood. All the wood outside the wooden fence is unreachable because the medium tree is blocking the gate. Removing that tree caused the carpenter to retrieve wood and craft. As for the blacksmith, I don’t see one…

i have 185 wood in stock so should the tree situation not be an issue? as for the black smith i guess the save i gave you was while i was trying changing job

Where are the 185 wood stored? I looked through the chests, vaults, and stockpiles but failed to located the wood. It seems to be counting the wood outside the fence as “in stock”.

My Main Stock Pile is in cave at center of village and secondary is in a cave near the row of carpenter houses west arm of village. i have removed the tree and carpenter has resumed and is using wood from stockpile. my blacksmith is working too now I guess i missed that. Thank you for your help. great game.
