When trying to make two second floors in the building designer, it does not create one and I get an error

sorry, but im having trouble understanding what you mean, could you perhaps get a screenshot to better describe whats happening?
as your a new user you could toss it up on imgur.com or some such place and @SteveAdamo @Relyss would be more then hapy to embed it for you
