I have just bought Stonehearth and I did not have a humble bundle account when I did and now when i do the resender from humble bundle it says i didnt use the same email.

can you perhaps take a screenshot or provide the exact error message you’re getting from Humble Bundle? and you’ve tried the steps, as outlined here?

Make sure the email account you are putting into the key resender is the same email account that you purchased Stonehearth with.
Ideally your humble account would also be this same email address, but it sounds like it isn’t?
As long as you have your email confirmation that you purchased the game you should be fine, we’ll just need to figure out what the problem is.
@caster12, Humble Bundle’s database says that they have a download page registered to the same email you used to sign into discourse, here. So put that email into the key resender, and you should get mail with a link to your download page. If you don’t, the mail might be in your spam folder, so definitely check there too.
Once you’re looking at your download page, you can claim to page to whatever other humble bundle account you have.

This is the email i get after I try the re-sender email page, was it because i didn’t have a humble bundle account when i purchased it? An i know i used the right email because I used the amazon option of getting it instead of the Paypal and I got an email from amazon saying that it was a successful purchase.
