how has this not been thought of yet!
We really need food or watercontainers for the sheep. To put in the pen.
Or
Basically, a trough, instead of a bird bath? I support this idea.
Such good ideas!
To think that I only wished for a shelf to keep my collection of plushiesā¦
Doesnāt the Trapperās Knife say something about being made by the Mason? That would fall under the category of a Mason Recipe, right?
Gravel, a possible road upgrade. Between dirt and cobblestone, perhaps.
Stone Arrowheads.
Shot for slings.
goblin cages , to serve as a warning
stone armor stands, to display all our unique mod armors later
-Fire pits (you can finally make more)
-Tools(will improve workers efficiency)
-Statues
-Stone Swords (for fighters)
-Indoor Fireplace
-Stone Tables, Chairs, and benches
-Improved Traps (for trapper)
that would be handy, though you can get more through trading. (very rarely)
-Mason should be able to make stone bricks from stone which should make stone brick roads either faster or slower than stone roadsā¦ eg. 1brick= 2 stone but stone brick roads are faster making it worth while
This could also be used as a road upgrade as mention by @Tythiss
-A tribal totem pole which boosts stats (possibly building/mining speed, moral, happiness or footmanās fighting skills)
What about a stone arch that functions would interface with gate but would be for decoration purposes (it wouldnt keep animals in or out for instance)
Making me think stargate XD Travel to new dimensions with the stone arch star gate! Coming alpha 9!
I was actually thinking more japanese oriental sort of thing, as an entrance to a nice garden, but hey if someone wants to write a quest where it turns into a stargate then lets do it.
Many people have suggested this but it wasnāt added to the current list, but a furnace or a stone oven would be great. Also Iām not entirely sure how some features will work in the game but, stone arrow heads for arrows, ammo for catapults or trebuchets perhaps gears needed to construct them too.
I think these profession classes would be used more often and appreciated if they hado a synergistic role with other parts of game not only construction of buildings.
Thanks for your great work Tom and the rest of the Stonehearth team.
Not sure if this was suggested as there are 134 replys and I donāt have time to look through them all but this was an idea that I had.
I noticed that, in accordance to the loading screens, there is a desire to make a germancer. It would be cool if the mason made a stone golem (as a statue) and then a geomancer could come around later and give it life.
I was initially thinking about the pet rock post
and then the stone trolls from Frozen popped into my headā¦itād be cool seeing them rolling around the village. Not sure how to expound on that as I havenāt had much coffee yet this morning but I think it would be REALLY neat if there were items that required multiple artisans to completeā¦but still have each step of the process be valuable.
Keep up the good work guys! Hoping to start getting more involved as I continue my Letās Play!
I would like to see a wall corner, or post, to make the wall connections a little nicer and provide ornamentation.
Or even better an automatic fence drawing tool that would allow you to drag out boxes rather than place fences individually. This isnt a recipe but ā¦ in responce to gordons post.
while not wanting to derail too far, I should point out this is āin the worksāā¦
What about a statue of the earthlings?
i would really like to see real walls and gates, like defensive types. and higher then the current stone walls.
perhaps an upgraded version and later levels of the mason, or perhaps itās for another class
