Build the poor Hearthling a ladder to get down

You’d be surprised how often this happens. They get stuck on the roof during construction. These days, I almost automatically add a ladder to all my houses, primarily to get these stuck guys down, but also to give my hearthlings a way to get the wood blocks off the roof (that they left there during construction)…
