Most likely Alpha 5 I believe. Alpha 4 will most likely be the construction improvements.
I’ve noticed that they’ve had bits of combat already in the game already since pretty much the beginning. Though the engine is probably missing, they seem to have a few actions, dispatchers and animations done. Possibly remnants of the prototype?
How large can the population of a settlement get? Will there be control scaling? i.e. from a single carpenter to a master carpenter who orders other carpenters to do things.
Indeed, it was something in the region between 50 - 150, depending on balancing and how it feels with the different population. Though I’m sure it’s something that will be easily alterable should you desire.
I remember them saying somwhere that they wanted it to be big enough for a large settelment but stil small enough so you got the small “personal” feel with the people
Hey its me again, with more questions ahah sorry. AH will we be able to cancel or break down buildings we planed or put up?. sometimes my mouse gets a little clicky at the wrong time and I end up with random walls and houses. Also seeing the post Tom put up the other day about different shaped house and using different materials to build them with, DO you think that the mason profession will follow after the alpha 4? I think I remember him saying that you will need the mansion to turn the little rocks into building materials, so if we wanted to build a castle ish building we would need him?
Well right now you can only buy it from stonehearth.net but I’m sure that around the first full release they will make a store page on steam in which you can buy it from! But, if you buy it on stonehearth.net you get it as a humblebundle game which you can just link with your account to be able to play on steam

Also is it possible to craft the “comfy” bed? (okay 2 questions)
.
I thought animal pelts were “cloth” resources, but when I tried to craft a cloth bed my carpenter just went idle. And then I encountered the bug that when you remove something from the carpenter’s craft queue, and he put a log on the bench, the log stays there and he can no longer work. (This has been reported, right?)
