I ran into this problem with one of my builds and found the way to deal with the lack of filing was to subdivide the carved out bits into smaller chunks and then add the wetstones. You could probably make temporary walls in your larger areas then destroy them once the area has filled up.
OK np i will try that out, Thank you
Reverse of how the Netherlands got taken from the sea, I give it a thumbs up as a Dutchman
One thing I’ve found is that if water “sticks” you need to totally cover the surface it’s stuck on to get it to flow properly again. I suspect that in the case where water is stuck on multiple levels, it’s not possible to do that anyway; so the sub-division method looks like both the fastest and most reliable option.
Loaded the game back up to try this and for some reason the game runs soooo slow and no one will do anything at all, All im getting now is below.
Jumps from that to idle, reloaded the game a couple of times and still the same
Do you have a save before you added the water? You may need to go back to that or remove wetstones. Flowing/moving water is computationally expensive.
i will try that when i get 5 min, Thanks
