(A22) Workers will not continue to build if there is an inaccessable ladder

Summary:
After removing the building that is supposedly ‘bugged’ where workers stop building, apparently I discovered what is the cause of this bug.

So there is one reason why workers could not build, and it’s all about the auto-placed ladders during building construction. If there is a ladder that is inaccessable for workers to reach, then they will not continue to finish building…until that particular stuck ladder is gone.

At least this bug can be mended just by manually placing your own ladders so your workers can reach it. But just for the sake of those who don’t look carefully, it’s best that you put in an extra script for builders in the event they can’t reach the ladder they’re trying to tear down.

Notes:
There’s no way how I could explain this in pictures. But what I can tell you is that this bug occured with fences close to the building under construction. I suppose the workers must have removed that autoplaced ladder near the fence that has a ladder on the fence, thus making that ladder inaccessable.

By the way, if I remove the building while it’s under construction with a stuck ladder, it may stay there. And when that ladder’s removed whenever workers are able to reach it, I get an engine error. Maybe it’s a missing call function after I removed that “bugged” building?

Luckily I kept a save file of that stuck ladder…just in case.
