Summary:
While my workers were building my personal “Blacksmith’s Town Workshop” and while I was busy attacking a goblin Chieftain while he wandered too far from camp traveling between two goblin camps, I happened to stumbled upon this strange bug. At first, I had no idea what it is. But it could be something. So I copy/pasted the error message and stored it on my keyboard. Maybe it’s because I was attacking the goblin chieftain? No, maybe not.
But while looking around in my town, I found out what caused this bug. The red fox pet just got stuck on ladder at my Blacksmith Workshop that I was building! And to make things worse: It’s actually part of the Animal Companion trait of one of my Hearthlings. I do not want to abandon this pet, cause I don’t know what’ll happen. And I rather not destroy my building with the ‘destroy’ console command… But right now, I have no idea what to do next here, but report this unusual pathing bug I discovered.
By the way, the Hearthling with the fox companion was still a worker. So this could probably happen while they’re building, with them near them. I should of promoted them right away so they wouldn’t build…
Steps to reproduce:
I have no idea how to reproduce this bug. All I know is that it’s caused while building.
