[A17 dev-3010] Hearthlings will not store furniture (Confirmed)

Summary: Build a chair, bed or fence and it won’t be put into a storage pile, even though such a pile exists.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build bed, chair or other furniture
  2. Pause game
  3. Make a stockpile that only accepts “Construction”
  4. Watch how maybe one hearthling takes a couple of things there.
  5. Build some more furniture
  6. They won’t get stocked

Expected Results:
I expect all things to be put into their respective piles.

Actual Results: Things are all over the place.

Notes: Removing a stockpile or ALL stock piles actually solves the problem for a little while.
