[A16]Roof overhang doesn't change when rotating saved templates

Summary:
When you place a saved building template and rotate it, the overhang size for each side does not rotate with the building.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create building, with uneven roof overhangs.
  2. Save template
  3. Place template down with different rotation direction.

Expected Results:
All aspects of building rotates

Actual Results:
Roof overhang sizes do not rotate.

Notes:
Exact same issue as this thread which was marked as “resolved”
