didnt really know where to post this, but id just like to ask, if there are plans for the game to use more than the 2 gig allocation its using right now? or if there will be optimizations or fixes to memory usage, or both?

The team want to get the game running on as many machines as is possible really - (read that as reasonably possible I suppose).
Right now unfortunately the game is still in Alpha, but as development progresses you can guarantee that we will see better optimisation and fixes - we’ve already seen a few which have improved the performance greatly.
