Workshop not being placed

Workshop not being placed when placing

Summary:
I select a place to put the workshop and then it never gets put there. This does not always happen.
You can see in the picture 2 workshops placed. Well they both are not getting placed. This happened 2 times once with potter once with mason.

Updated to now 2699 and workshop still is not being placed.

Thanks! I think I fixed the issue. You may need to move the Kiln away from the wall to get it placed. The carpenter toolbench may have a similar issues.
