Will there be more options for a traditional town builder game "lazy" mode?

One of the biggest draws of Stonehearth is the fact we can create our own little world down to the voxel. But with more and more content being added into the game, will there be better options for players who don’t want to have to spend five minutes designing every single building?

Obviously we already have “preset buildings” which I’m sure will be fleshed out later on, but I think a few more features will be needed for players who want to play the game a little more like a traditional city builder. One way that these building presets could be controlled and metered could be through needing a mayor or engineer citizen to unlock new designs, or only having buildings appear and come “online” when you get your first citizen into that profession. It would also require the ability to demolish buildings, and to start with simple rustic buildings before later on building more impressive town style buildings.

For example the crafters automatically fulfilling orders to furnish a preset building when you issue the build command. Stockpiles being automatically placed in storage areas so craftsmen have a ready supply of materials, instead of the player having to create each one. I’d even welcome a completely different, streamlined construction technique, where the builders simply hit the sides of a building and it raises itself up, like all the classic RTS and builder games.

I really love building my own little town, but I’d also just love to be able to plonk down preset buildings will all the furniture and storage set up like in a traditional city builder.

I love the idea of a pop-up after you hit “build” that says “would you like to queue all the items needed to build this building?”
