Summary: When you finish a house and
Steps to repro:
1.Create a multi story building
2. go into building designer and delete a portion of either the 2nd story floor or higher.
3. after the hearthlings have finished reclaiming the floor they will act like the floor is there (like an invisible floor)
Expected results:
Hole in floor so I could place ladders and things
Actual:
An invisible floor

This happens to me 100% of the times i tried as well really frustrating and needs fix soon.
Since we cant build stairs directly because the engine cant handle Hearthlings building it from the start with the whole house.
