Summary:
I cant change/ rearrange the order of the tasks i set for my crafters in the crafting menu
I’ve tried restarting the game and refreshing the ui but nothing changed

Yep, got the same issue and someone else reported it too.

you also cant delete the orders, especially bad for “maintain x” tasks
you can if you go to the orders tab at the bottom left
