here is a save with the bug that @Relyss asked for, I was able to recreate it
the house with the blue roof
you can only loot all but the logs using the loot icon if you click on the item but you can not use the Shift L ( the loot selection) to loot any of the items on a roof of building
the bug was pointed out by @Communistpenguin but I was able to recreate it and get a save
