There’s no quick way of telling how experienced your hearthlings are - i.e. if you’re looking to see if they can be promoted to something with a “Level , [JOB]” requirement.
My suggestion is to add a number to the lower corner of their profession icon when they’re selected:

yea @paulsoaresjr had a thread about the names above the heads, then other people suggested that level and job and such also be shown, unless there is a different thread i totally missed…
